Word of mouth marketing. You know you need to do it, but do you know how to do it? It’s a frustrating enterprise for many people. The tasks involved seem nebulous, and no one can give you a precise road map to follow.
Every lawyer is competing to get referrals and business through word of mouth marketing. Unfortunately, this can be incredibly difficult, especially if small talk, networking, and developing a referral network are not your favorite things to do.
